Experienced dispatcher wanted, with 2-3 years of experience in booking loads in Canada and United States.
Duties and responsibilities:

Book loads using Load link from/to USA
Use Dispatching Software
Create ACE/ACI manifest
Successfully plan and schedule drivers, truck loads and routes.
Book pickup/ delivery appointments and schedule pick up date and time.
Negotiate rates with customers to achieve a monthly Targets
Communicate with drivers to keep everything on track
Be detailed oriented, team player and multi task oriented
Must have excellent oral and written communication

The successful candidate will work with the team and customers to facilitate the timely production of estimates and invoices. You must have a deep understanding of basic accounting principles. Knowledge of Accounting and business software – Quick Books and Microsoft Office – specifically Excel is a must. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment. A good command of the English language (written and spoken), attention to detail, and the ability to work within a team and autonomously is a must.

Reconcile, Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
Match orders with invoices
Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
